Role Overview
The Chief of Staff & Strategy is a strategic leadership role responsible for supporting the Managing Director /CHRO in driving corporate strategy, business transformation, and organizational alignment.
This role will act as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the leadership team, ensuring effective implementation of strategic initiatives, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Strategy & Business Growth
- Support leadership in developing and executing the company’s long-term strategic roadmap.
- Identify new business opportunities, growth initiatives, and revenue streams.
- Drive key strategic projects aligned with the organization’s expansion goals.
- Support corporate planning and strategic decision-making processes.
2. Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
- Analyze and improve internal business processes and operational efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment and coordination across multiple business functions.
3. Leadership Alignment & Executive Support
- Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the MD/CHRO.
- Facilitate communication between senior leadership and functional teams.
- Support execution of leadership priorities and organizational initiatives.
- Manage and drive special strategic projects.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market trend analysis.
- Identify potential risks, opportunities, and emerging market shifts.
- Provide data-backed strategic recommendations to leadership.
5. Performance Management & Data Analytics
- Define and monitor business KPIs and performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards and management reports for leadership review.
- Enable data-driven decision-making across departments.
6. Stakeholder & External Relations
- Support engagement with investors, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, networking platforms, and business discussions when required.
- Assist in driving corporate communication and strategic partnerships.
7. Financial Planning & Resource Optimization
- Support strategic financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Monitor performance and support investment decision-making.
8. Innovation & Digital Transformation
- Lead initiatives related to technology adoption and digital transformation.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support implementation of data and technology-driven business processes.
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Business Strategy, Management, Finance, or related field from a reputed institute.
- Additional certifications in strategy, analytics, or project management are preferred.
Experience
- 8-10 years of professional experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or leadership roles.
- Experience working closely with CXO leadership teams is highly preferred.
- Exposure to business transformation, strategic planning, or corporate strategy roles will be an advantage.
