The Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Founder is a highly influential leadership role responsible for acting as the Founder's strategic partner, executive integrator, and transformation leader across the Group. The CoS will ensure that the Founder remains focused on high-impact priorities by driving enterprise-wide execution, governance, financial discipline, leadership accountability, and strategic growth initiatives.
This role requires an individual with exceptional business acumen, financial expertise, strategic thinking, organizational leadership, and the ability to influence senior executives without direct authority. The CoS will operate across multiple companies, business units, and functions to ensure alignment with the Group's long-term vision.
The Chief of Staff will:
- Act as the Founder's trusted advisor on strategic and operational matters.
- Drive enterprise-wide business transformation and organizational effectiveness.
- Build governance mechanisms that improve speed, accountability, and execution.
- Lead strategic planning, business expansion, and investment decisions.
- Improve capital allocation and shareholder value.
- Ensure every business unit is operating with measurable KPIs and financial discipline.
- Create a high-performance leadership culture.
Translate the Founder's vision into executable business strategies.
Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Identify future growth opportunities and new business models.
Conduct competitive intelligence and industry benchmarking.
Develop scenario planning and strategic risk assessments.
- Review consolidated Group financial performance.
- Drive EBITDA improvement initiatives.
- Monitor P&L, cash flow, working capital, and return on invested capital.
- Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning.
- Evaluate investments and capital allocation.
- Develop financial models for expansion projects.
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Support fundraising, banking relationships, and investor engagement.
- Review acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures from financial and strategic perspectives.
