ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Chief of Staff is the founders' force multiplier. You sit at the centre of NOOE's operations — not as a title, but as the person who makes everything run. You absorb coordination, drive recruiting, own onboarding, and maintain cross-functional oversight across all five teams so the founders can stay focused on what moves the company forward.
This is not a role for someone who needs a clear brief to get started. High EQ, low ego, effective behind the scenes. Ideal background: 3–5 years in a startup or consulting environment. Large corporate backgrounds are typically not a fit.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Founders' calendars and daily priorities — guard their time like it's your own
- NOOE's operating cadence: weekly syncs, monthly reviews, action closure across teams
- Recruiting end-to-end: JDs, screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination
- Onboarding all new hires with structured 30-day plans
- One-off strategic projects across any team — you're the person who gets things done
- Cross-functional communication so nothing falls through the cracks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years in a fast-moving startup or consulting role
- Exceptional organisation — you run on systems, not chaos
- High EQ — read rooms, manage up, know when to push and when to hold
- Strong written and verbal communication — clear, direct, no fluff
- Process builder — you don't just complete tasks, you make the task disappear next time
- Comfortable being the invisible force — spotlight not required
