Chief of Staff to Founder
Category-Creating B2C | Venture-Backed | Hyper-Growth
We are a venture-backed, category-creating consumer company, backed by General Catalyst and Nikhil Kamath, building for 10X scale.
This is a core leadership role in the Founder’s office for someone who wants to build, operate, and scale a company from the inside.
The Mandate
You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning outcomes across the business.
- Partner with the Founder on company priorities, planning, and execution
- Translate ambitious vision into executable plans and drive delivery
- Lead cross-functional execution across growth, ops, hiring, and special initiatives
- Build structure, cadence, and accountability in a fast-scaling organisation
- Track metrics, OKRs, and business outcomes — and course-correct fast
- Act as a force multiplier for the Founder and leadership team
Working Model & Stage Reality
- Currently in a building and scale-up phase
- 6-day work week (alternate Saturdays working) during this growth phase
- High-intensity, high-ownership environment
- A medium talent-density organisation today (early-stage brand)
- You will help raise the bar, build systems, and lead from the front
