The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving business priorities, execution excellence, and organizational alignment. This role requires a high-caliber professional who can seamlessly operate across strategy, operations, and leadership, ensuring that key initiatives are executed with speed and precision.
Principal Accountabilities*
• Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives, business priorities, and decision-making
• Drive cross-functional projects across business units, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes
• Act as a thought partner in shaping business strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and solving complex problems
• Track and drive key business metrics, reviews, and governance mechanisms
• Facilitate communication and alignment between leadership teams and key stakeholders
• Lead special projects including new business initiatives, transformation programs, and operational improvements
• Bring structure to ambiguity and ensure execution rigor across functions.
