About Veersa
Veersa is a HealthTech and technology services company focused on solving business problems for the US healthcare industry through product engineering, data platforms, AI/ML, cloud, automation, and digital transformation. We work with healthcare software vendors, payers, providers, pharmacy chains, and other healthcare-focused enterprises across North America and select international markets.
Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, ambitious, and commercially minded professional to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a broad, high-exposure role combining elements of chief of staff, strategy associate, sales operations, and business development support.
The role is best suited for someone who enjoys ambiguity, moves fast, communicates clearly, and can convert loosely defined business problems into structured outputs, strong materials, and clear follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CEO on sales, growth, and strategic business priorities.
Prepare briefing notes, meeting materials, account summaries, executive updates, and follow-up actions.
Conduct market intelligence on target accounts, industry segments, and relevant US healthcare trends.
Create high-quality pre-sales decks, client discussion materials, proposals, executive summaries, and account-specific collateral.
Support sales initiatives by researching prospects, identifying use cases, preparing account plans, and tracking next steps.
Help manage the sales operating rhythm, including pipeline reviews, CRM hygiene, weekly updates, dashboards, and action-item follow-up.
Coordinate across sales, delivery, marketing, finance, and leadership teams to gather inputs and move priorities forward.
Take ownership of special projects across strategy, sales operations, internal automation, AI initiatives, and other leadership priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA from a reputed business school preferred.
4-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, sales operations, business development, founder's office, CEO office, PMO, or a similar high-exposure role.
Strong commercial orientation and curiosity about how businesses grow, sell, price, and differentiate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to create crisp, executive-ready materials with limited guidance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize research, data, and conversations into clear insights and recommendations.
High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Quick learner – someone who can keep up with the rapidly evolving trends and technologies.
Overlap of upto 4 hours with EST time zone
Preferred Background
Experience in technology services, SaaS, healthcare technology, consulting, private equity portfolio support, or commercial strategy.
Exposure to US healthcare, digital transformation, product engineering, data, automation, or AI-led initiatives will be an advantage.
Prior experience creating client-facing materials, market maps, account plans, sales dashboards, or leadership review documents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is polished, hungry, and high-energy, with strong raw horsepower and a visible pride in quality of work. They should be comfortable in a room with senior leaders, able to ask good questions, and capable of turning conversations into clear action. This role offers unusually high exposure for someone early in their leadership journey and is intended for a person who wants to grow into broader business responsibility over time.
