Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief of Staff role based in Pune. The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the leadership team, helping to define organizational priorities and streamline decision-making processes. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring the execution of high-priority initiatives. The role also involves acting as a key liaison between stakeholders to drive organizational goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to manage teams, develop strategic plans, and guide organizational decision-making.
- Project Management and Organizational Skills: Expertise in coordinating projects, managing timelines, and ensuring efficiency in operations.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in managing internal and external communications, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to evaluate complex situations, draw insights, and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in working closely with executive leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in business tools and software to ensure effective reporting and communications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, with prior experience in leadership roles.
- Familiarity with government and corporate sectors will be considered an advantage.
