Title: Superstar Chief of Staff : Full Time Independent - Contractor, Remote
Rate : Upto $50 per hour (based on experience)
The Reality of the Role: I am a successful online entrepreneur running a 300-person virtual company. I am busy, detailed, and occasionally "persnicketyish". I do not have time for "process noise." I don't want to know how many emails you archived; I want to know that my inbox is clear of everything except the decisions I actually need to make. Those decisions should be in properly-written proposals or emails documented with multiple options and detailed recommendations from others.
Your Mandate (The Expected Results):
- Time Recovery: Within 30 days, you will have reduced my administrative burden by 50% through ruthless prioritization and autonomous problem-solving. You have to watch, carefully figure out, and articulate what I do - the goal being for you to identify what you can help me with (pre-processing or following up for instance).
- Chaos to Order: We already have extensive SOPs. Yet there is still substantial tribal knowledge to be converted into documented, executable SOPs.
- Strategic Support: Eventually, you will manage the company's weekly, 6-month, and 2-year OKR plans and org chart, ensuring no deadlines or human resource gaps occur.

About You:
- Zero-Fluff Communicator: You speak in results, not activities. You are comfortable with total transparency and "disagree and commit" culture.
- Technical Auditor: You don't just use tools (Zoho, Google Workspace, Slack); you configure them to work better.
- Proactive Gatekeeper: You anticipate issues before they reach my desk. If you're waiting for me to tell you what to do, you've already failed.
- Grammar Nazi: You have excellent written and verbal skills in communicating in English and have the ability to spot errors in someone's sentences.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Experience : Bring 1-2 years of experience in executive assistance and administrative roles—ideally in a process-driven environment.
- Clear Communication : Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain complex processes professionally.
- Attention to Detail : Maintain high accuracy when reviewing procedures and documentation.
- Strong Organization : Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and prioritizing critical tasks.
- Tech Proficiency : Use internal tools confidently, including Admin Panel, Zoho Voice, Google Sheets, and task management systems.
- Proactive Problem-Solving : Anticipate issues and take initiative to resolve them quickly and effectively.
- Team Collaboration : Work well with colleagues across departments and take on support roles as needed.
- Reliability and Initiative : Manage responsibilities independently and contribute to improving processes where possible.
