- trics.Prepare high-quality briefing notes, issue papers, dashboards, and decision memos for leadership and board discus
- sions.Track key strategic initiatives and flag risks, dependencies, and deviations proact

Cross-Functional Execution & Gov
- ernanceDrive execution of enterprise-wide initiatives that cut across business units and fun
- ctions.Facilitate alignment between leadership teams and ensure accountability without direct aut
- hority.Set up governance rhythms—review meetings, scorecards, escalation mechanisms—and ensure disciplined follow-t

Leadership Interface & Stakeholder Ma
- nagementAct as a trusted interface between the Director and CXOs, business heads, and external stakeholders, as r
- equired.Represent the Director in selected internal meetings and forums with clear mandate and o

Business Intelligence & Performance

- adership.Support performance reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and board-level r

Special Projects & Institutional
- PrioritiesLead or support high-impact, time-bound strategic projects directly sponsored by the Director (e.g., transformation initiatives, restructuring, governance enhancement, leadership
