Role Description
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Chief of Staff with 5–7 years of experience to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role is designed for individuals who can seamlessly blend strategy, execution, and stakeholder management while acting as a force multiplier for the leadership team. As part of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving key business initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and enabling efficient execution of strategic priorities. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, operations, and project management, ensuring that organizational goals are translated into actionable outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership to define and drive organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable plans with clear timelines and ownership.
- Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely execution across functions.
- Establish and streamline project management frameworks, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms.

- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and drive corrective actions proactively. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination between different teams (operations, finance, business, technology).
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments for ongoing initiatives.
- Facilitate decision-making by resolving dependencies and removing execution barriers.
- Support leadership with data-driven insights, research, and strategic analysis for key decisions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive briefs.
- Participate in leadership meetings and ensure effective follow-through on action items.
- Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs aligned with business objectives.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track organizational performance.
- Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and drive outcomes.
- Manage communication between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in all key communications.
- Handle escalations and critical issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and operational processes.
- Lead high-priority and cross-functional projects driven by leadership.
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or project management roles.
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of business operations and project-driven environments. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively.
