Role Overview:We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to work closely with senior marketing leadership on business planning, execution, and operational priorities. This role involves driving cross-functional coordination, business analysis, stakeholder management, and strategic support to enable effective decision-making and execution across key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support leadership with strategic planning, research, and business analysis
- Prepare reports, dashboards, profitability analysis, and business insights
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track execution of key initiatives
- Attend leadership meetings and drive follow-through on action items
- Analyze customer and business data to identify growth and engagement opportunities
- Manage stakeholder communication, scheduling, and relationship coordination
- Support leadership prioritization, calendar management, and operational planning
- Prepare presentations and executive summaries for decision-making discussions
Key Qualifications:Must-Have:
- Postgraduate qualification from a reputed business school
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or chief of staff roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage complex priorities in fast-paced environments
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in consulting or high-growth business environments
- Exposure to marketing analytics, strategy, or business intelligence functions
- Experience supporting senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives
