Role Overview:We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to work closely with senior marketing leadership on high-priority initiatives, business insights, and cross-functional execution. This role involves supporting decision-making through data analysis, project management, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support senior leadership with strategic planning, business analysis, and operational execution
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance tracking
- Prepare reports, dashboards, profitability analysis, and variance reports for decision-making
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives
- Attend leadership meetings, track action items, and drive follow-through on priorities
- Manage stakeholder communication, scheduling, and relationship coordination
- Analyze customer and business data to identify growth and engagement opportunities
- Support leadership calendar management and prioritization of strategic activities
Key Qualifications:Must-Have:
- Postgraduate qualification from a reputed business school
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or chief of staff roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in consulting or fast-paced growth environments
- Exposure to marketing analytics, business intelligence, or strategic planning functions
- Experience working closely with leadership teams on cross-functional initiatives
