About the Client:
Our client is a profitable, bootstrapped IT lifecycle company running seven business units across hardware, refurbishment, rentals, services, spares, ITAD, and cloud. They are in a deliberate scale-up phase with a materially larger revenue ambition over the next two years.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Run the operating cadence of the Director's office — reviews, decisions, follow-through.
- Lead the annual and medium-term planning process across business units.
- Drive 2-3 cross-functional priority projects each quarter — new verticals, internal systems, M&A, org design.
- Act as the Director's proxy in internal forums; prepare board and investor material.
Qualification and Experience
- 4-6 years in strategy consulting, investing (PE/VC/IB), or strategy and operations at a growth-stage company.
- Sharp, structured thinker with strong written communication.
- Comfortable in a promoter-led, high-velocity environment.
- Fluent in English; working Hindi is a plus.
