We are looking for a
Chief of Staff who operates as a force multiplier for the Founder’s Office — someone who can drive execution, bring structure to chaos, and ensure that high-priority initiatives actually get done.
This is
not a coordination role. This is a
high-agency, high-ownership role where you will work directly with leadership to solve critical business problems, drive cross-functional execution, and build systems that scale.
🔥 What You’ll Own
- Founder’s Office Execution
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational priorities
- Translate ambiguous ideas into clear execution plans
- Drive end-to-end delivery of key initiatives
- Business Operations & Problem Solving
- Identify gaps across teams (Product, Sales, Ops, Hiring) and fix them
- Build processes, frameworks, and dashboards for better decision-making
- Step into critical problems and unblock teams
- Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as the connective tissue between teams
- Ensure alignment across Product, GTM, and Operations
- Run high-impact reviews and track execution rigor
- Strategic Projects
- Lead 0→1 initiatives (new verticals, experiments, internal systems)
- Work on revenue, growth, hiring, and efficiency problems
- Own outcomes, not just inputs
- Hiring & Team Building
- Work closely with leadership on hiring strategy
- Help build high-performing teams across functions
- Drive accountability and performance culture
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, or ops roles
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
- High ownership mindset — you don’t wait, you act
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong bias for execution over planning
