Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for the Chief of Staff at Quantum Heaps. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination. This role involves supporting decision-making, improving internal processes, and ensuring alignment across teams.
What You will Do
- Work with leadership to plan and execute strategic and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Track key business metrics and prepare reports for internal review.
- Support planning processes such as goal setting, prioritization, and execution tracking.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Assist in preparing internal presentations, documents, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on priorities.
- Monitor progress of key initiatives and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Help maintain documentation related to processes, projects, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Project management proficiency, including the ability to manage cross-departmental initiatives
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and performance metrics tracking
- A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in business productivity and collaboration tools
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, dynamic environment
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or revenue operations is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
