Hiring for Chief of Staff for an E Commerce Start Up
We are looking for high-impact professionals with strong experience in driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional execution, business operations, and leadership governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Driving organization-wide OKRs and strategic execution
• Managing CXO reviews, leadership cadence, and action tracking
• Leading cross-functional projects and business priorities
• Improving operational efficiency and process automation
• Driving stakeholder management, governance, and decision-making frameworks
• Supporting leadership communication, culture initiatives, and strategic planning
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in Founder’s Office / Chief of Staff / Strategy & Operations / PMO roles
• Strong exposure to OKRs, program management, business operations, and transformation projects
• Ability to work closely with leadership and manage multiple stakeholders
• Startup / high-growth environment experience preferred
