Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused Chief of Staff to drive strategic alignment,
improve organizational efficiency, and enable leadership decision-making.
This role is designed for someone who can translate strategy into execution, drive cross-functional
outcomes, and build systems that scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Alignment & OKR Delivery
- Drive organization-wide OKR planning and execution
- Ensure all teams define, publish, and track quarterly goals
- Conduct structured mid-quarter reviews to assess progress and unblock teams
- Monitor business performance and highlight risks proactively
- Leadership Cadence & Decision Velocity
- Own weekly CXO reviews with structured agendas and action tracking
- Ensure high closure rates of action items within timelines
- Act as the first level (L1) escalation point to resolve issues quickly
- Share leadership dashboards and summaries within defined timelines
- Organizational Efficiency & Operating Systems
- Identify cross-functional bottlenecks impacting team performance
- Solve or automate key operational inefficiencies
- Design and implement scalable processes and systems
- Maintain and track organization-wide efficiency metrics
- Leadership & Culture Development
- Drive internal communication through structured updates (e.g., CoS notes)
- Build strong connection and recognition mechanisms across teams
- Support leadership offsites and strategic planning sessions
- Capture and act on leadership feedback for continuous culture improvement
- Strategic Project Execution
- Own and drive top cross-functional priorities across the organization
- Ensure timely delivery of key initiatives with defined milestones
- Track progress and share regular updates with leadership
- Define success metrics and ensure clarity before project kickoff
- Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement
Who You Are
- Strong problem-solver with structured thinking
- High ownership and bias for execution
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Experience Required
- 2–6 years in consulting, startups, operations, or strategy roles
- Experience working on cross-functional projects
- Prior exposure to leadership or founder’s office is a strong plus
- MBA
