The Role
This is a pair thinker and executor role. Someone who sits across the table from the founder, absorbs the vision at speed, and drives it into reality before the next conversation starts. You are the founder's right hand, the organization's accelerant, and the person who makes sure the big things actually ship.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution: breaking down ambiguous problems, making decisions with incomplete information, and shipping outcomes that move the company forward every single week. Who You Are
We are looking for a very specific profile. If most of the below resonates, you are in the right place:
- Investment Banking / Venture Capital - You have lived in decks, data rooms, and diligence. You know what investors actually care about versus what they say they care about.
- Consulting Background - You think in frameworks but refuse to hide behind them. You can synthesize a complex business into a crisp narrative in hours, not weeks. (Ex McKinsey / BCG / Bain experience is a bonus)
- Startup Operator - You have built something from scratch or desperately wanted to. Prior startup operator experience is a strong signal.
- MBA - A bonus, and a prerequisite. We care about what you have done, not what is on your wall.
- Raw horsepower - Intellectual velocity, relentless work ethic, and the ability to go deep on anything in days, not months.
What You Will Do
- Own the fundraise. Build the deck, the data room, the financial model, and the investor pipeline. Run the process like a deal, because it is one.
- Craft the narrative. Turn Libra AI's story into something investors cannot look away from. You write it, refine it, pressure test it, and ship it.
- Be the founder's operating system. Anticipate problems before they surface. Synthesize complexity into crisp decisions. Own the follow through on everything.
- Drive strategic initiatives end to end. From market sizing and competitive intelligence to pricing and go to market, you own the outcome, and the process.
- Build the muscle of the organization. Create systems, templates, and decision making frameworks that scale the founder's effectiveness across the team.
- Think and push back. This is a challenge and conviction role. You are expected to challenge assumptions, spot blind spots, and bring conviction to the table.
