Role Overview:
Credgenics is looking to hire a Chief of Staff to work closely with the founders and leadership
team as we scale our next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone with 6–8 years of
experience who has spent time in management consulting and/or high-growth startups and
enjoys working on ambiguous, high-impact problems.
Location: Noida (Work From Office).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Execution
● Act as a strategic thought partner to founders and senior leadership on business
priorities, growth strategy, and execution planning
● Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and drive implementation across
teams
● Bring structured problem-solving, data analysis, and insights to complex business
decisions
Cross-Functional Program Management
● Lead and drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
● Track organizational priorities and ensure timely execution across business units
● Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions
M&A, Investor Relations & Fundraising
● Support mergers & acquisitions, including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, and
integration planning.
● Drive investor communication, reporting, and strategic fundraising initiatives
● Prepare leadership and investor materials, business reviews, and strategic updates
Business Transformation & Growth Initiatives
● Work closely with product, sales, operations, and finance teams to drive key business
outcomes
● Monitor business performance metrics and recommend strategic interventions
● Support leadership in driving long-term organizational growth and scalability
What We Are Looking For:
● 6–8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy roles, founders’ office, or
high-growth startups. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking abilities. Demonstrated
ability to drive cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
● Strong business acumen with exposure to growth, fundraising, or strategic initiatives
preferred.
