About the Role
• Work very closely with the founder on all strategic initiates
• Communicate the business strategy within the organization and ensure that the departments are working towards achieving the common objective by collaborating with them
• Become SPOC for investor relationship management and work on investor presentations and story lining with the founder for the Board Meetings
• Work on business models and financial models for different phases of the business
• Define and maintain the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) of the Company along with the founder and work with the various departments to ensure the OKRs are clearly defined and communicated at a department level
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the various business functions and working with the respective teams to set of dashboards
• Collaborate with various teams to identify the various business problems and work with the respective teams to strategize and gameplan for it
• Work with the founder on initiates such as organization structuring, manpower planning, budget planning, business planning, growth planning
• Oversee daily operations in collaboration with business function leads
• Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations, and help define new operational strategies by working with the founder and other executives on special projects and need base initiatives
What we are looking for?
As we scale, we are looking to hire a seasoned, horizontal thinker to join the Founder’s Office and work directly with the Founder on strategic, high-impact initiatives that cut across business, operations, growth, and corporate teams.
This is a role for someone who brings depth of experience yet remains hands-on and hungry to build. You will work on some of the most mission-critical problems in the company and shape Coverfox’s next phase of growth.
• Must be from top tier college, great if from Consulting background
• Prior experience of 4+ years of experience from Consulting, Investment Banking, Startup backgrounds
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy solving hard, undefined problems
• Are ready to join immediately and create momentum from Day 1
• Strong analytical skills - should be able to come up with detailed and actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A Critical thinker - should be able to come up with ideas/ help in ideation
• A Problem solver - should be able to come up with potential solution/ view of internal and external queries
• Experience working with or supporting leadership in high-growth environments
• Comfortable in ambiguity, and equally comfortable rolling up sleeves
• Someone who can zoom out to shape strategy and zoom in to fix a process
