Job Description: Chief of Staff
Position Title: Chief of Staff
Reports To: CEO / Founder / Managing Director
About The Role
We're looking for a strategic, organized Chief of Staff to partner with leadership on key initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive alignment across departments. You'll manage priorities, facilitate collaboration, and ensure strategic projects are executed well.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute company priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Track organizational goals, KPIs, and business performance metrics.
- Drive special projects from ideation through implementation.
- Support business planning, budgeting, and operational reviews.
Executive Support & Decision-Making
- Prepare leadership presentations, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
- Conduct research, analysis, and provide recommendations on business-critical topics.
- Help prioritize executive initiatives and manage follow-through.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a liaison between leadership and various departments.
- Improve communication, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
Operational Excellence
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Support organizational change management initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of high-priority business objectives.
Stakeholder Management
- Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings when required.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and project management tools.
