Clinvvo is a fast-growing Swedish health-tech SaaS company building cutting-edge AI solutions for healthcare. Our international team across Sweden and India brings together clinicians, entrepreneurs, and technologists from leading institutions and companies, including IIT and IIM alumni and professionals with experience at organisations such as Meta and Adobe.
Already trusted by 200+ hospitals and clinics across Sweden and Germany, we help healthcare providers digitize care delivery, automate clinical documentation, improve patient experience, and reduce administrative costs. Clinvvo is a profitable and rapidly growing company with a clear financial runway for the foreseeable future, and we are currently in the process of securing our next round of funding to accelerate our expansion across Europe, India, the UK, and the US.
As a small, ambitious, and fast-moving global team, we thrive on entrepreneurial energy. We are looking for someone who can work directly with the leadership team in India to keep execution sharp, priorities clear, and projects moving at speed.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the leadership team and support growth and execution. Designed as a pathway into a future functional leadership role in Product / Sales / Operations, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in ambiguity, and can translate strategy into action. You’ll be the force multiplier ensuring projects, people, and priorities stay aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution across product launches, AI initiatives, client implementations, and market expansion.
- Own leadership priorities and ensure key decisions, follow-ups, and timelines move forward.
- Work across teams and markets to solve high-priority problems and remove bottlenecks.
- Support clients, partnerships, proposals, hiring, reporting, and other critical business needs.
- Do whatever it takes to help the company grow: bring structure, move fast, and drive outcomes.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in consulting, sales, operations, product management, or a fast-paced startup. We are also open to fresh graduates with strong ownership, curiosity, and the drive to learn and hustle.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize across competing demands, and manage stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity, fast pivots, and high-growth environments.
- Tech/healthcare background is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Based in Bangalore, with flexibility to work across Europe/India time zones.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, shape the growth of a fast-scaling health-tech platform, and follow an accelerated path toward a functional leadership role.
- High visibility role with direct impact on strategy and execution.
- Autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to global health-tech markets.
- Collaborative and ambitious team culture.
