Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for the Chief of Staff position. The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, assisting in planning, coordinating, and driving key business initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing cross-functional projects, streamlining internal operations, preparing reports and presentations, liaising between departments, and supporting leadership with decision-making processes. The role involves facilitating communication across teams, managing strategic priorities, and ensuring the organization’s goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills
- Strategic planning, organizational development, and operational management expertise
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support data-driven decisions
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Experience working in logistics, e-commerce, or related industries is a strong advantage
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
