Role Description
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join Brummell in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru East. In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and oversee cross-functional projects. You will facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, manage key priorities for the organization, and support the decision-making process by providing analysis and recommendations. Additionally, you will represent the leadership in meetings, track progress on goals, and ensure successful execution of the company’s vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze business challenges and develop innovative solutions to drive organizational goals.
- Project Management and Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively lead teams and communicate with stakeholders.
- Adaptability and Decision-Making: Capacity to work in a dynamic environment, make informed decisions, and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience with business operations: Familiarity with business strategy, operational workflows, and corporate administrative processes is a plus.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree (such as an MBA) is highly desirable.
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced business environment, consulting, or a similar strategic role is preferred.
- Passion for the industry: A genuine interest in menswear, fashion, or luxury retail is a significant advantage.
