🚀 We’re Hiring | Chief of Staff – Growth & E-commerce | Founder’s Office | High Ownership Role
Are you someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy + execution + growth?
We’re looking for a high-agency Chief of Staff – Growth & E-commerce to work directly with the Founder in building and scaling a fast-growing e-commerce business.
You’ll be the Founder’s right hand across growth, marketing, e-commerce operations, performance marketing, website launch, lifecycle marketing, influencer partnerships, and high-impact special projects.
If you come from consulting + marketing, startup growth, founder’s office, or high-performance e-commerce environments — this could be a strong fit.
🔥 What You’ll Drive
✔ Website launch + conversion optimization
✔ Growth marketing across Meta, Google & performance channels
✔ Marketing infrastructure setup (Klaviyo, retention, attribution, reporting)
✔ Paid campaigns, funnels, A/B testing & CAC/ROAS optimization
✔ Social media operations & content execution
✔ Influencer partnerships & acquisition workflows
✔ Founder-led strategic projects across growth and scale
🎯 Ideal Background
• 3–6+ years in Growth / E-commerce / Digital Marketing / Chief of Staff / Consulting
• Strong understanding of D2C funnels, paid media, retention & customer acquisition
• Hands-on with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads
• Strong with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
• Excellent project management + founder-facing communication
• High ownership, startup speed, and execution rigor
⭐ Preferred Profiles
• MBB / Bain / McKinsey / BCG + Marketing/Growth exposure
• Chief of Staff profiles from fast-paced startup environments
• Strong Growth / Performance / Brand / Content marketing specialists
• Founder’s Office candidates with execution-heavy ownership
