About Us
We are a multi-brand hospitality group building culturally driven food and community spaces in Ahmedabad. Our brands include Bento B, Blockheads, Noboru, and Latreia Korean Bakery, each with a distinct identity rooted in food, culture, and immersive experiences. Alongside dining, our spaces regularly host unique programs ranging from late-night events and underground experiences to workshops, community meetups, and seasonal festivals.
As we continue to expand these experiences, we are looking for an Chief of Experiences (Operational Associate for all sorts of events and experiences) who can support the planning, coordination, and on-ground execution of these programs across our venues.
Role Overview
The individual will support the end-to-end execution and operational coordination of events and programs across our restaurant spaces.
This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling on-ground responsibilities, ensuring that events are prepared properly and run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Event/Experience Planning & Marketing
- Assist in planning and organizing events across all brand locations.
- Prepare event checklists, timelines, and coordination plans.
- Support venue preparation including seating layouts, setup, and logistics.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, facilitators, performers, and collaborators for event requirements.
- Ensure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies are arranged before the event.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with operations teams, kitchen staff, and service teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding event promotions and communication timelines.
On-Ground Event Execution
- Assist in managing event setup, guest flow, and logistics during events.
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams while the event is running.
- Help troubleshoot operational issues during events when required.
Post-Event Wrap-up
- Assist in venue reset and closing activities after events.
- Document basic observations and feedback to improve future programs.
- Coordinate capturing of event photos/videos for marketing documentation.
Skills & Experience
- 0-1 year experience in event coordination, hospitality events, or cultural programming.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable working evenings or weekends depending on event schedules.
- Interest in food, culture, music, or community-led experiences is a plus.
