Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Chief Nursing Officer. The Chief Nursing Officer will oversee nursing operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and implement policies to improve patient care and service delivery. Responsibilities include leading and inspiring the nursing staff, managing budgets, fostering continuous professional development, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance operational efficiency. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes and adopting evidence-based practices in line with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with prior experience in a senior nursing or healthcare management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare quality standards, including JCI and NABH accreditation processes.
- Strong understanding of clinical care, patient safety, and nursing best practices.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop policies, oversee operations, and design strategies to enhance patient care.
- Proficiency in analyzing operational data and budgeting in a healthcare setting.
- Educational qualification in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred) along with relevant certifications in healthcare leadership or management.
- Familiarity with advanced medical technology and its application in patient care is a plus.
