We are now looking for a Founding Marketing Head to take ownership of the launch and brand growth.
Trixcin Healthcare is at an inflection point. We have the capital, the company setup, the manufacturing roadmap for a high-tech Korean skincare line, and the logistics. Now, we need the "Marketing Engine."
The Deal:
This is a Founding Partner role. We are NOT asking you to invest money—we infuse the capital and handle all operations/manufacturing. We are asking you to invest your expertise.
- Initial Salary: ₹0 (Zero)
- Compensation: Significant Equity (Ownership Stake) with a 1-year cliff for mutual protection.
- Future: A competitive market salary kicks in automatically upon reaching a pre-agreed revenue milestone.
Who we are looking for:
- The Background: You MUST come from a Dermacosmetics/Skincare marketing background.
- The Experience: You have built and executed a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for a startup from 0 to 1.
- The Tech-Edge: You are a pro at using AI tools for content creation, consumer data analysis, and marketing automation to keep our operations lean and fast.
- The Hustle: You are ready to lead on-ground promotions and travel to build brand presence.
What we handle:
- All capital infusion.
- Product manufacturing and R&D (K-Beauty and other trends in focus).
- All legal paperwork and company setup.
- Supply chain and logistics.
What you handle:
- Brand identity and launch strategy.
- Technical storytelling (explaining the science behind our products).
- Scaling the brand to the revenue milestone where we both begin drawing salaries.
