About the Role
- Designation: Chief Marketing Officer (Integrated CMO role)
- Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
- Experience: 15โ20 years overall & atleast 5 years of relevant experience in NBFC/Fintech/Lending

- Compensation: Up to โน1.50 Cr + Performance Bonus + ESOPs depending on interview performance, overall relevant experience & last drawn compensation

Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, execution-driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale an integrated, data-driven marketing organization.
This role goes beyond conventional marketing leadership โ it requires a CXO who can architect a unified growth engine across acquisition, brand, lifecycle, and product marketing, while operating within the nuances of a regulated financial services environment.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive sustainable growth, strengthen market positioning, and build long-term consumer trust, while ensuring marketing remains deeply anchored in data, unit economics, and compliance.

Role & Responsibilities
Enterprise Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and institutionalize the companyโs long-term marketing vision and strategic roadmap
- Build an integrated marketing architecture spanning growth, brand, lifecycle, and partnerships
- Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, influencing business strategy and growth priorities
- Establish enterprise-wide KPIs across CAC, LTV, retention, and marketing ROI
Growth, Acquisition & Revenue Engine
- Own and scale customer acquisition across digital, performance, affiliate, OEM, and distribution ecosystems
- Drive funnel optimization across the full customer journey (acquisition โ activation โ conversion โ repeat usage)
- Lead advanced experimentation frameworks including A/B testing, attribution modelling, and cohort analytics
- Ensure capital-efficient growth with strong control over unit economics
Brand, Trust & Market Positioning
- Build and scale a category-defining financial services brand rooted in trust and credibility
- Lead integrated brand strategy and storytelling at scale
- Drive strategic partnerships, alliances, and ecosystem visibility
- Balance performance-led growth with long-term brand equity creation
Lifecycle, CRM & Customer Value Maximization
- Architect lifecycle strategies to maximize retention, repeat engagement, and lifetime value
- Build best-in-class CRM and marketing automation ecosystems
- Leverage data and behavioral segmentation for hyper-personalized engagement
Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Excellence
- Translate complex financial products into clear, compelling consumer propositions
- Lead GTM strategy for new product launches and innovations
- Partner with product and tech teams to align customer experience with growth strategy
Marketing Analytics, Data & Martech
- Build a robust marketing analytics and attribution ecosystem
- Institutionalize data-led decision making across all marketing functions
- Oversee martech stack including automation, attribution, and engagement platforms
Regulatory Alignment & Responsible Communication
- Ensure all marketing aligns with financial services regulations and compliance frameworks
- Partner closely with risk, legal, and compliance teams
- Champion responsible communication and consumer transparency as a core brand pillar
Organization Building & Leadership
- Build and scale a high-performance, multi-functional marketing organization
- Hire, mentor, and develop senior leadership across growth, brand, CRM, product marketing, and analytics
- Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications & Skills
- 15โ20 years of progressive leadership experience in Fintech, NBFCs, Digital Lending, Financial Services, or Consumer Internet platforms
- Proven track record of leading large, integrated marketing organizations at scale
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, mobile-first growth, and digital acquisition ecosystems
- Strong command over unit economics (CAC, LTV), attribution, and marketing analytics
- Experience operating within regulated environments (NBFCs, Banks, or Fintech Lending)
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
- Exceptional stakeholder management and CXO-level leadership presence
