Quickeee is a fast-growing Mumbai-based startup transforming the fast fashion space with 60-minute delivery and an AI-powered styling experience. We cater to urban, time-conscious shoppers, bringing speed, personalization, and trend-first fashion together.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing function end-to-end. This role is focused on building a predictable, efficient, and durable growth engine across acquisition, brand, and retention. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to drive company growth and positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall marketing strategy across performance, brand, and retention
- Own company positioning, messaging, and narrative across all channels
- Drive customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency
- Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and performance tracking systems
- Identify and unlock new growth channels and opportunities
- Work closely with the founder and leadership team on business strategy
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in D2C and eCommerce marketing
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and building repeatable growth systems
- Strong experience across performance marketing, brand building, and retention
- Experience managing marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, funnels, and lifecycle marketing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
