Role Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the company’s global
operations and revenue performance. This role combines operational excellence with revenue
leadership, ensuring seamless execution of client projects while driving sustainable business
growth.
The COO will lead cross-functional teams across Creative, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing,
Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations and ensures alignment between
operational delivery and revenue objectives, optimizes processes, and drives efficiency, quality,
and profitability across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership
Oversee day-to-day global operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and
sustainability
Manage cross-functional teams (Creative, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing,
Project Management) for seamless client project execution
Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and quality standards
Conduct periodic operational audits to ensure excellence and continuous
improvement.
2. Revenue & Growth Strategy
Develop and execute revenue strategies including new business and revenue
realization
Align operational execution with revenue goals to ensure profitability
Monitor, forecast, and report on revenue performance
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success for alignment on revenue
initiatives
3. Project & Client Delivery
Oversee planning and execution of all client projects, ensuring timely, on-budget,
and high-quality delivery
Maintain strong client and vendor relationships
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through quality control and performance
tracking
4. Leadership & Team Development
Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to senior managers and department
heads
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and collaboration
Develop, retain, and motivate top talent across operations and revenue functions
5. Strategic & Executive Responsibilities
Serve as key liaison between executive team and Board of Directors
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO on operational and
growth opportunities
Establish and track KPIs across operations, project delivery, and revenue
