Marketing Head – AI & Growth Marketing
Location: In-Office
Experience: 3+ Years
Salary: 6-7 LPA + Performance bonus & Sales based incentives
Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and growth-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with strong experience in marketing strategy, AI automation, paid advertising, organic growth, and sales enablement. This is not just a delegation role - the candidate should actively execute campaigns, optimize funnels, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate must have marketing agency experience and should have managed either:
* 2–3 large accounts
* 10–15 small to mid-sized accounts.
Prior healthcare/dental marketing experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies.
* Create and optimize TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU marketing funnels.
* Handle paid advertising campaigns and organic marketing initiatives.
* Use AI automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and lead generation.
* Understand customer psychology and improve conversion strategies.
* Build, manage, motivate, and drive results from the Sales & BD team.
* Track campaign performance, ROI, and overall business growth.
Requirements
* 3+ years of solid marketing experience.
* Prior agency experience is mandatory.
* Strong understanding of:

* Paid Ads
* Organic Marketing
* Lead Generation
* AI Marketing Automation
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
Preferred
* Experience in healthcare or dental marketing.
