To support our next phase of national/international expansion, we are seeking a strategic, idea-driven Chief Marketing Officer to shape how this model is positioned across the Australian market.
Role Description
As CMO, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic marketing direction of TIC Property, directly reporting to the Marketing Project Manager.
This is a role for a commercially intelligent marketer who understands positioning, psychology and scalable growth systems.
You will:
- Develop and lead a high-level marketing strategy
- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities across B2B and B2C channels
- Shape brand narrative, messaging and market authority
- Design revenue-generating campaigns and acquisition strategies
- Present campaign concepts to the Marketing Project Manager
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to bring strategies to life
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise for commercial outcomes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role (CMO, Head of Marketing, Growth Director or similar)
- Demonstrated track record of launching and scaling revenue-generating campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including paid, organic, email and automation
- Ability to present strategy at the executive level
- Portfolio or case studies showing measurable commercial impact
