Position : Chief Marketing Officer
Experience : 3 + years of progressive digital marketing experience and senior leadership exposure.
Location : Areekode Malappuram
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company vision, revenue
targets, and long-term growth objectives.
● Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on brand strategy, growth
initiatives, and market expansion opportunities.
● Build, strengthen, and scale a differentiated brand identity, positioning, and storytelling
across all channels.
● Own end-to-end demand generation for B2C and B2B EdTech offerings, driving
acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle growth.
● Lead digital and performance marketing across SEO/SEM, paid media, social, content,
marketing automation, and growth experimentation.
● Optimize lead funnels, customer journeys, CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through
continuous testing and data-driven insights.
● Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new courses, programs, and product
launches in collaboration with Product and Sales.
● Enable revenue teams with strong value propositions, messaging, sales collateral, and
high-quality lead pipelines.
● Leverage data, analytics, dashboards, and attribution models to measure ROI and
improve marketing effectiveness.
● Build and lead high-performing marketing teams while managing budgets, agencies,
vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred, with 4+ years of
progressive marketing experience and senior leadership exposure.
● Proven track record of scaling high-growth EdTech, consumer-tech, or digital-first brands
across B2C and/or B2B markets.
● Deep expertise in digital and performance marketing, demand generation, funnel
optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
● Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in CAC, LTV, attribution, ROI
optimization, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
● Demonstrated leadership strength with the ability to build, manage, and influence
high-performing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
