🎯 Role Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing vision, brand positioning, lead generation strategies, and sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, strategic business understanding, and experience in scaling premium real estate or hospitality brands.
The CMO will work closely with the management team to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, channel partner growth, and revenue generation across all business verticals.

Strategic Leadership
* Develop and implement long-term marketing and branding strategies

Sales & Revenue Growth
* Develop lead generation strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
* Create sales funnel systems and customer acquisition plans
* Drive channel partner and corporate tie-up programs
* Monitor sales performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
Team Management
* Lead and mentor sales, digital marketing, CRM, and branding teams
* Set performance targets and KPIs for departments
* Build a high-performance sales and marketing culture
Market Research & Business Expansion
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
* Identify emerging opportunities in real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors
* Support project launches, expansion plans, and strategic initiatives
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
* 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
* Strong experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred
* Proven leadership experience in managing large marketing and sales teams
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and performance marketing
* Experience in handling premium or high-ticket sales projects
* Ability to drive revenue growth and scale brand presence
* Strong networking and relationship management skills
