Role Description
We are looking for a highly strategic, creative, and execution-focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the overall marketing and brand function for a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media management, content strategy, organic brand building, and video production team leadership, along with the ability to drive impactful campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
A strong personal brand or influencer presence would be an added advantage.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
-Lead the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth initiatives for the organization.
-Drive and scale social media marketing, ensuring strong audience engagement and platform growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
-Oversee content strategy and content management, including brand communication, campaign messaging, scripts, creatives, and storytelling.
-Manage and mentor video production and creative teams, ensuring high-quality, high-impact visual content output.
-Build and execute organic marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience reach.
-Lead planning and execution of events, campaigns, launches, and internal communication initiatives.
-Work closely with leadership teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
-Analyze campaign performance, digital trends, audience behavior, and optimize marketing effectiveness accordingly.
-Drive innovative marketing initiatives that strengthen brand recall and market positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
-Proven 15-20 yearsexperience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably as a CMO / Marketing Head / Brand Head.
-Strong expertise in social media growth, digital branding, and content-led marketing.
-Hands-on experience managing creative, content, and video production teams.
-Excellent understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement, and performance marketing fundamentals.
-Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-Experience in scaling brands through organic and content-driven strategies will be highly preferred.
