Chief Manager - Production
Job Description
the plant as per the standard operating procedure.
Reporting the status of the plant to the Site Head through daily production report.
Lead the regular/periodic activities of GMP procedures established in the plant.
Follow safety procedures like work permit systems, PPE usage during the operations
- Co-ordinate with sales/ marketing / procurement team / PPIC team for timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and plan monthly production schedule.
- Identify various cost saving measure. Get approved from concerned authority and implement the same.
- Resolve technical problems as and when arises.
- Co-ordinate with service dept. for task completion.
- Conduct daily meeting with block in-charges for day to day activities.
- Discuss monthly production schedule with block in-charges.
- Co-ordinate with sales/ marketing / procurement team / SCM team for timely delivery of goods.
- Identify various costs saving measure. Get approved from concerned authority and implement the same.
- Resolve technical problems as and when arises.
- Ensure compliance wrt safety and cGMP.
- Train / update the subordinate on various subject like cGMP / Plant Performance / Technical / Managerial skill etc
- Co-ordinate with service dept. for task completion and settle any discrepancy between production and service dept. Settle any discrepancy between production and service dept.
- Review / approve various documents related to plant / process / financial bills.
- Update senior management about plant production performance through monthly review meeting.
- Prepare annual budget for plant and ensure it’s within range by monitoring same periodically.
Set KRA for self in line with business goal. Align subordinate KRA with aligned KRA.
