GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The position will manage business results analysis and monitoring, internal reporting and planning, costs control. It gives advice to management for structuring of business activities from various financial aspects. It is in regular contact with internal and external counterparties like auditors.
Reviews detailed financial reports and makes recommendations based on them. Monitor and support legal entities on the preparation of legal, regulatory, or internal reporting.
Key Responsibilities / AUTHORITIES (if Applicable)
- Business results monitoring
- Developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators to measure performance.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting Management’s decisions with financial perspective, analysis, and ad hoc reports.
- Give advice for regular or new business activities from various financial aspects
- Monitoring operational expenses and identifying cost-saving measures
- Provide support to other functions to optimize business risks
- Monitoring of credit standing of customers or other counterparties
- Select and maintain relations with external counterparties and providers of services for financial area
Key Deliverables / KPIs (if applicable)
- Keeping deadline for monthly/regular account closing and various reporting
- Keeping good relationship with internal and external counterparties
Job Requirements (experience, Skills, Competencies, Education…)
- +5 years’ experience in Finance and Control
- Sound background in Finance and Control area
- Knowledge of Accounting and FP&A
- Ability to communicate at all levels both across the business community and with Cluster Finance Team/ Legal entity, Group Finance
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and to monitor deadlines
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Excel functionality
