Position: Chief Interior Designer
Experience: 20 to 25 Years
Key Responsibilities• Lead the creative direction of high-end residential interior projects.
• Manage the complete design journey from concept development to execution.
• Mentor and lead a team of designers while maintaining the highest design standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and project teams to deliver bespoke solutions.
• Review layouts, material selections, furniture details, and technical drawings.
• Ensure projects align with client expectations, timelines, and ANCA's design philosophy.
What We're Looking For• 20 to 25 years of experience in luxury interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing premium residential projects.
• Expertise in space planning, material selection, furniture detailing, and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other industry-standard design software.
• Exceptional leadership, presentation, and client management skills.
• A passion for creating refined, timeless, and bespoke interiors.
