Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Location: Onsite – Kolkata
Relevant Experience: 4 –5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and risk management.
- Experience in network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management tools.
- Understanding of IAM, encryption, and security architecture.
- Strong incident response, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce information security policies, governance, and risk frameworks.
- Secure networks, systems, cloud infrastructure, and organizational data.
- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and vulnerability management.
- Manage incident response, threat monitoring, and security remediation.
- Administer security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, endpoint protection, IAM).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and security standards.
- Integrate security practices across IT infrastructure and applications.
- Lead security awareness programs and compliance documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer preferred.
- Experience working with international security standards or global clients is a plus.
