Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Chief Information Officer (CIO) – Executive Mandate
Experience : 20 years plus
Our Client is seeking a next-generation Chief Information Officer to lead the transformation of the company into an AI-first, platform-driven enterprise. Reporting to the COO, the CIO will architect and operate our client's enterprise digital backbone, enabling intelligent operations, scalable global delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
The CIO will play a central role in building an AI-powered enterprise operating model, modernising enterprise platforms, and enabling a highly productive digital workplace for our Clients global workforce.
Strategic Responsibilities
1. Build the AI-Driven Enterprise
Lead the integration of AI, automation, and intelligent platforms across Our Client’s internal operations. Key focus areas include:
• AI-powered enterprise workflows
• Intelligent talent acquisition and workforce management
• Autonomous service management
• AI copilots for employee productivity
• Decision intelligence systems for leadership
The CIO will help transition our client from process-driven operations to intelligent, AI-enabled operations.
2. Modernize Enterprise Technology Platforms
Design and implement a cloud-native, API-driven, and AI enabled enterprise technology architecture. This includes oversight of:
• ERP and finance platforms
• HR and talent management systems
• Enterprise workflow automation
• Collaboration and productivity platforms
• Delivery and project management systems
The goal is to create a unified enterprise platform architecture that supports global scale and agility.
3. Enterprise Data and Intelligence Platform
Establish our Client's enterprise data strategy and intelligence layer. Responsibilities include:
• Unified enterprise data architecture
• Real-time analytics and leadership dashboards
• Predictive workforce and operational analytics
• Strong governance and data security frameworks
Data will become a strategic asset powering enterprise intelligence and decision-making.
4. Digital Workplace for a Global Workforce
Create a next-generation digital workplace that enhances productivity for our cllient's global workforce. This includes:
• AI-enabled collaboration platforms
• Digital employee experience systems
• Knowledge automation and intelligent workflows
• Workforce productivity analytics
The CIO will ensure our client's employees operate in one of the most advanced digital workplaces in the IT services industry.
5. Cybersecurity and Digital Trust
Establish world-class cybersecurity, resilience, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
Key areas include:
• Zero-trust architecture
• Advanced threat detection and response
• Identity and access management
• Regulatory and compliance frameworks
Security will remain foundational to our client's global client trust and delivery model.
6. Technology Innovation and Ecosystem Partnerships
Engage actively with the global technology ecosystem to bring innovation into our client's enterprise technology stack. This includes partnerships with:
• Hyper-scale cloud providers
• Enterprise technology platforms
• AI and deep-tech startups
• Innovation ecosystems and research institutions
The CIO will ensure our client continuously integrates emerging technologies that improve productivity and operational capability.
7. Customer Zero for Our Client Solutions
The CIO organization will position our client as “Customer Zero” for its own technology solutions, platforms, and innovations. This means the CIO will lead the internal adoption and scaling of our client-built solutions, transforming the enterprise into a live demonstration environment for clients.
Key responsibilities include:
• Deploying our client's platforms and solutions internally to validate scalability, performance, and business impact.
• Showcasing internal transformation journey to clients as reference architectures and proof
points.
• Partnering with consulting and sales teams to convert internal initiatives into client offerings and market-ready solutions.
• Creating client experience programs, executive briefings, and solution demonstrations based on own enterprise transformation.
• Establishing enterprise environment as a living innovation lab for new technologies and AI-
driven platforms.
Through this approach, our client will demonstrate that it runs its own business on the same platforms and solutions it delivers to clients, strengthening credibility and market differentiation.
Leadership Expectations
The CIO will lead a large global enterprise technology organization and act as a strategic partner to the COO and executive leadership team.
