Role Description
Asianet Satellite Communications Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO). This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trivandrum. The CIO will oversee the company's IT strategy, lead IT operations, enhance business processes, and ensure alignment between the IT initiatives and business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing IT methodologies, managing technological infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity measures, and fostering innovation to drive digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Information Technology, IT Operations, and IT Management
- Experience in developing and executing IT Strategy effectively
- Understanding and capability to optimize Business Process improvements
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to oversee and manage technical teams
- Proven track record of aligning technology initiatives with business goals
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar executive IT leadership role
