Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Location: Noida

The company operates a wide network of labs and collection centers, leveraging digital platforms and operational excellence to scale rapidly.
Role Overview The CHRO will be responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy aligned with the company’s high-growth trajectory. This role requires building scalable people practices, strengthening organizational culture, and driving talent acquisition, development, and retention across corporate and field operations.
Key Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team on organizational design and workforce planning
- Drive a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Build and scale hiring processes for corporate, operations, and field roles
- Ensure timely hiring for aggressive expansion plans
- Strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines
3. Performance Management & Organizational Development
- Design and implement performance management frameworks
- Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Establish learning and development programs across levels
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Build strong employee engagement frameworks across distributed teams
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
- Lead internal communication and change management initiatives
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, policies, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Drive HR automation and process efficiencies
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Design competitive compensation structures aligned with industry benchmarks
- Manage incentives and retention programs
- Ensure internal equity and cost optimization
Qualifications & Experience - 15+ years of HR leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in the diagnostics industry (mandatory)
- Proven experience in scaling organizations with large distributed workforces
- Strong exposure to both strategic HR and operational execution
- Experience working closely with founders/leadership teams
