Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at SimpleAgentix. The CHRO will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the organization's HR functions, including developing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, designing effective talent acquisition and retention strategies, and managing performance and workforce development initiatives. The role also involves collaborating closely with the executive team to align human resources strategies with the organization's mission and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policy development
- Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and fostering an inclusive, welcoming work environment
- Proficiency in Talent Management, including recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development
- Knowledge of Performance Management strategies, including setting metrics, goal alignment, and employee reviews
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a collaborative organizational culture
- Prior experience in tech startups or SME-focused organizations is a plus
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
