Role Description
We are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The CHRO will oversee all HR functions, including the development and implementation of HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, leading talent acquisition and management strategies, and managing performance systems. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to align human resources initiatives with organizational goals while fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

- Expertise in Human Resources, HR Policies, and Employee Relations
- Proficiency in Talent Management and Performance Management
- Strategic thinking and leadership abilities
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in implementing HR best practices and compliance with labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
