Role: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) – Founding Role

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused CHRO to build and lead our people operations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement hiring strategies (interns to full-time pipeline)
- Build HR systems, policies, and workflows from scratch
- Manage onboarding, performance tracking, and team productivity
- Strengthen communication across frontend and backend teams
- Handle conflict resolution and team discipline
- Build a strong company culture aligned with growth
Requirements:
- Experience in HR/recruitment (startup experience preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
