About the Company

We have been retained by one of India’s oldest conglomerates (Rs.12000+ crore revenue) with strong presence in diverse sectors like Chemicals & Vinyl, Cement, Urea, Sugar, Ethanol, PVC Resins and Compounds & Building systems to hire a Chief Human Resources Officer (SVP) for their Chemical Division (Rs.4000+ crores).

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting To: Group CHRO & CEO

Industry: Chemical

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO of the division and Group CHRO this role will have end-to-end ownership to spearhead the strategic HR initiatives of the division. This includes optimizing the workforce performance through talent management, facilitating learning programs for skill development such that the organization future ready, fostering a positive workplace culture and implementing HR strategies that attract and retain talent. of strategy.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA (HR) . Experience in a manufacturing environment within the chemical industry is a much added advantage
• Experience: 20+ years in HR leadership roles. Proven track record of strategic HR initiatives in manufacturing intensive businesses.

Pay range and compensation package
