Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Noida, for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The CHRO will lead the strategic direction of the HR department, oversee the development and implementation of HR policies, and manage employee relations. The role involves spearheading talent acquisition, managing performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The CHRO will collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management, including strategic planning and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Expertise in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
- Experience in Talent Management, including recruitment, learning and development, and succession planning.
- Proven ability in Performance Management, including setting benchmarks, conducting evaluations, and implementing improvements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on collaboration and empathy.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred; certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR are a bonus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based HR tools and systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving organizational growth.
