Role Overview:-
We are looking for an experienced CHRO to lead and transform the HR function, aligning people strategy with business goals. The role requires a strategic thinker who can build strong organizational culture, drive talent initiatives, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with company objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
- Design and implement performance management systems
- Drive employee engagement, culture building, and employer branding
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR compliance
- Partner with leadership team on organisational development
- Manage HR operations, policies, and systems
Requirements:
- 12–18+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership role
- Strong experience in organizational development and talent strategy
- Proven track record in scaling teams and building culture
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred
