About PickAdSpace
PickAdSpace is a fast-growing pDOOH (Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home) advertising platform
building a large digital advertising screen network across Kerala.
We are looking for a high-impact
growth leader capable of transforming PickAdSpace into one of the largest digital outdoor advertising
and media-tech platforms in South India.
The ideal candidate should have the vision, market network, execution capability, and leadership
experience to help scale the company toward a 100 Crore+ revenue business.
Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Business Growth
• Lead the company’s aggressive revenue growth strategy.
• Drive PickAdSpace toward becoming a 100 Crore+ revenue company through aggressive
market expansion, advertiser acquisition, strategic partnerships, brand positioning, and
scalable revenue models.
• Build scalable sales and monetization models.
• Expand advertiser base across local businesses, regional brands, national brands, agencies,
retail chains, and enterprise clients.
• Drive enterprise partnerships and high-value advertising deals.
• Build predictable recurring revenue streams.
2. Market Expansion & Brand Building
• Position PickAdSpace as a leading pDOOH media platform in Kerala and South India.
• Lead PR, branding, digital campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
• Build strong visibility among agencies, brands, and advertisers.
• Develop strategic market expansion plans across multiple cities
3. Strategic Partnerships
• Build partnerships with screen owners, retail chains, malls, agencies, and commercial spaces.
• Expand the advertising inventory network aggressively.
• Develop long-term ecosystem partnerships.
4. Sales Leadership
• Build and lead a high-performance sales and growth team
• Define KPIs and revenue targets
• Create scalable GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies
• Personally lead large strategic deals and partnerships
Requirements
• Strong background in Media, Advertising, DOOH/pDOOH, AdTech, or startup growth
• Existing network with advertisers and agencies in Kerala/South India preferred
• Strong B2B sales and strategic partnership experience
• Entrepreneurial and highly execution-driven
• 10+ years in growth, revenue leadership, media sales, or business expansion
• Proven record of scaling businesses significantly
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and market expansion capability Success Metrics
